Returns are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged condition.
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with video and clear pictures of the damage.
Products with internal technical issues (not visible physically) will be either replaced or repaired as per the brand’s service policy. Our team or the brand’s service team will assist you accordingly.
No returns or replacements will be accepted for reasons like change of mind, wrong product ordered, or if the item has been used or tampered with.
All original packaging, invoice, and accessories must be retained for any service or replacement requests

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
